This charming home was built in the 1930s, where history and character meet updated modern comfort. We have intentionally preserved many original features to maintain the unique charm of this home, from the intricate built-ins to the unique layout. While some doors may squeak and some features may be one-of-a-kind, we promise you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Relax in the cozy living room, cook a delicious meal in the vintage kitchen, and sleep soundly in the cozy modern decorated bedrooms. Your time here will be filled with nostalgic touches and a warm ambiance that will make you feel right at home. We can't wait to welcome you to this special place.

Our home is located in the coveted East Streets neighborhood, blocks away from both Bidwell park and downtown Chico. Whether it's nightlife or nature that's calling your name, you can access both with a short stroll up or down the street.

This charming residential neighborhood is composed of tree-lined streets that will lead you straight to cozy coffee shops, cute boutiques, and a variety of restaurants serving up Mexican, pizza, Thai, Chinese, sushi, classic pub fare, and plenty more (including many tasty vegan options). The CSUC campus located on the other side of downtown, just a 15 minute stroll away.

On sunny days, enjoy the concrete swimming pool located at One Mile, or any of the many creek spots, a few blocks south of the home. In addition to swimming, Bidwell Park offers plenty of picnic-perfect grassy areas, scenic walking trails, and a must-visit storybook-themed playground for the kiddos.

Grocery (including a natural food store), pharmacy, and convenience stores are all a quick drive away so you can stock up on any essentials for your trip!

Use of the entire house from front porch, 2 car deep driveway and backyard.

Enjoy on-site parking, a clean backyard with an awning wrapped in beautiful wisteria that blooms in the spring and summer, and a lovely front porch perfect to sip on something cold and people watch. You'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Immerse yourself in the charming atmosphere of Chico, with a local farmers market just a few blocks away on Saturday mornings.
